Ice Cream Truck

AMT Ice Cream Truck ( s.o.b.)
This kit is what gives AMT a bad rap. Just in the chassis alone was so much trouble. To many small parts had to go tougher to make up one part and when put on to match up with other parts things came up short. Good thing I used just a touch of glue cuz I had to brake parts up to redo them to fit right or close to right.
In the assembly sheet it showed some parts to be attach at one end but not the other so a wild guess had to be made. The rubber just barley fit on the rims, even now I have to handle it lightly so not to have rubber come off. Even the fenders look like they came up short.
The truck is painted with Boyd’s Kandy Purple Pearl. Flat white for the icicles .
All-n-all I’m glad it’s done and didn’t come out looking like a glue bomb .
I guess I could call this build a S.O.B. and mean it that way !%$#@$#%#
